Custom Orders (Final Sale)
Due to the custom nature of our high-fidelity DTF printing, all sales are final. Once an order is printed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
• Sizing Errors: Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
• Change of Mind: We cannot restock custom-branded garments.
• Artwork Issues: We print the files provided. Any low-res or spelling errors in submitted art are the client's responsibility.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our 1440 DPI industrial standard. If there is a verified manufacturer defect or a printing error on our end:
• You must notify the lab within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a direct replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once garments are ordered or the KYW Lab begins artwork prep, a 25% restocking/processing fee will apply to any approved cancellations.
